#Exhibayo, an exhibition of works by Adebayo Flynn

The Copper House Gallery will launch #Exhibayo, an exhibition of works by artist Adebayo Flynn, at 6pm, Thursday 26th May 2016.

Using acrylic, pastel and ink techniques on canvas, this exhibition shows a magnetism towards colour theory while the subject matter varies from expressionist figurative to abstract and still life.

His main influences stem from the philosophy of why Francis Bacon (artist) painted more so than how he painted.

Adebayo Flynn is predominantly self taught and so considers himself an Outsider artist; but has studied chiaschuro and life drawing with Sam Horler, director of Drawing Studio and drawing.ie. He is also a collaborator with Herstory.ie along side fine artist Kevin O'Callaghan.

#Exhibayo, an exhibition of works by artist Adebayo Flynn, runs at The Copper House Gallery for two days only from Thursday 26th May until the 27th May 2016. Admission is free and all are welcome.

Opening Times:
Thursday 26th May from 6pm - 8pm
Friday 27th May from 10am - 10pm with an exciting closing ceremony from 6pm - 10pm
