Description

Jackpot Jesus (We Love You Michael) is my tribute to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson. A large jackpot machine looms under the figure of Jesus on the cross, while skeletal parts are scattered and a religious coin reads: 'Where Will You Spend Eternity'. There is also a bunch of bananas (for his pet monkey Bubbles) and some American-esque stars and stripes mashed into the black space. Dollars signs seep out of the jackpot machine. As an artist, Michael Jackson gave so much and this is how he should be remembered.
