Description

“An Gort is from my current collection of work which is based on the theme of “land and inheritance”. I am using the concept of land inheritance as the main theme. I am exploring how this inheritance of land can cause rifts and disharmony among families and how the location of land can cause obstruction and inconvenience in the day to day running of a farm. As with all of my work I am using the landscape of the Dingle Peninsula as an inspiration for the texture and colour of my finished pieces."
